CCPM and SPICE
IEE has a large portfolio of Customer Projects, to develop the solutions required by their (automotive) Customers. To manage the large project portfolio IEE had decided early to implement Critical Chain Project Management.
Also because of the evolving SPICE standard, IEE needed a CCPM solution that also included Resource Management also able to optimize capacity across all development centers globally.
Other key-requirements included:
- the ability to integrate with central user and role management
- the ability to integrate with JIRA and software development processes (Kanban/Scrum), within the CCPM structure
To meet these requirement IEE decided, after an evaluation period of several months, to move to LYNX as their CCPM solution of choice and replace their previous CCPM tool.
