From September 2–4, 2026, A-dato will be in Manchester for the TOC Innovation Summit 2026, bringing together Theory of Constraints practitioners, business leaders, consultants, and organizations from around the world.
We’re looking forward to three days of exchanging experiences, exploring new ideas, and discussing how organizations can turn the principles of focus, flow, and continuous improvement into better project and portfolio performance.
From TOC principles to project execution
For A-dato, the Theory of Constraints has a strong connection to the challenges we see in project environments.
Organizations often have more projects and priorities than their available resources can realistically support. Teams are stretched across multiple initiatives, dependencies create delays, and adding more work can actually result in less getting finished.
Approaches such as Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) help organizations address these challenges by focusing attention on constraints, improving flow, reducing unnecessary multitasking, and creating greater visibility into project execution.
With LYNX, our project and portfolio management platform, we aim to translate these principles into the day-to-day reality of managing projects, resources, and portfolios.
Connecting with the TOC community
One of the things we value most about events like the TOC Innovation Summit is the opportunity to connect with people approaching similar challenges from different perspectives.
